Terms and Conditions – Rules and Guidelines of 1ccc

Welcome to 1ccc. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the platform available at 1ccc.click, including all sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and poker services offered by 1ccc. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please do not use 1ccc's services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the 1ccc platform is conditional on full and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gaming. Together, these documents constitute the complete agreement between you and 1ccc.

By checking the acceptance box during registration, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;

2. Registration & Account

To use 1ccc's services, you must create a personal account by providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Registration requires:

• Full name as it appears on an official ID;
• A valid CPF belonging to the account holder;
• Date of birth;
• An active email address accessible by the account holder;
• Brazilian mobile number with area code (DDD);
• Personal, non-transferable password.

Only permitted one account per CPF. Creating multiple accounts under the same holder — whether using identical or different details — is strictly prohibited and subject to the immediate blocking of all accounts involved and the cancellation of associated balances and bonuses.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact 1ccc support immediately at suporte@1ccc.click or via the live chat available on the platform.

3. Eligibility

1ccc's services are intended exclusively for individuals who:

• Have completed 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be residents of Brazil and hold a valid CPF;
• Are not under an active self-exclusion at 1ccc or in any other betting exclusion program;
• Are not employees, service providers, or immediate family members of 1ccc staff or its technology partners;
• Be of full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code.

1ccc enforces strict age verification measures. Any account found to belong to a user under 18 will be closed immediately, with all balances and any winnings cancelled. Reports of underage use should be sent to suporte@1ccc.click.

4. Deposits

1ccc accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian players:

• Pix — instant processing, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto bancário — processing time of up to 1 business day;
• Credit or debit card — accepted card brands as displayed on the platform;
• Mercado Pago and PicPay;
• TED Transfer by all major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other institutions participating in the national financial system.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20,00. Deposits below this amount will not be processed. 1ccc does not charge any deposit fees — any banking fees are the account holder's responsibility, subject to the terms of their bank or digital wallet.

All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves, using payment methods in their name. Deposits made by third parties will be returned to the sender and may result in account suspension.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal of available funds from your 1ccc account can be requested at any time, provided the balance comes from your own deposits or properly settled winnings, subject to any conditions applicable to active bonuses.

5.1 Method & Timeframe

The primary withdrawal method is via Pix, with processing within 5 minutes in most cases, 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. Withdrawals via TED take up to 1 business day. 1ccc does not charge any withdrawal fee for Pix transactions.

5.2 Withdrawal Verification

1ccc may request identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly in cases of:

• First withdrawal from the account;
• Withdrawals above R$ 2,000.00;
• Recent change to the registered payment method;
• Unusual activity identified by the security team.

The Pix key used for withdrawals must be linked to a bank account registered under the same CPF as the 1ccc account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

1ccc offers bonuses and periodic promotions, including a welcome bonus, freespins, weekly cashback, boosted odds, and special championship promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, which take precedence over the general conditions in this section in the event of any conflict.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The 1ccc welcome bonus is 100% on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00, automatically credited as bonus balance. To convert your bonus balance into real balance available for withdrawal, you must meet the rollover requirement specified in the offer — typically between 5x and 10x the bonus amount in qualifying bets.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has an expiration date — bonuses that are unused or not completed within the deadline are automatically cancelled;
• Bets on markets with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward rollover;
• Bonus balance use is restricted to certain game categories as specified in each promotion;
• 1ccc reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abusive use is identified, such as betting on opposing outcomes to artificially fulfill the rollover requirement;
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable — they cannot be transferred between accounts.

7. Betting Rules

Betting at 1ccc covers pre-match and live Sports Betting across more than 60 competitions, including Brasileirão Série A and Série B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, and other domestic and international leagues.

7.1 Acceptance & Settlement

A bet is considered confirmed only after a confirmation with a ticket number is displayed on the platform. 1ccc reserves the right to refuse or limit bets without any obligation to provide a reason. Bet settlement follows the official result published by the event's governing body — extra time is included only when explicitly stated in the market.

7.2 Cancelled or Postponed Events

If an event is cancelled or does not take place within 48 hours of its scheduled time, the bet will be voided and the full amount returned to the account balance. For accumulator bets, the voided selection is removed from the slip and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections.

7.3 Odds Errors

In the event of odds published with a manifest error — values clearly inconsistent with the market at the time — 1ccc reserves the right to void bets placed based on those odds or to settle them at the correct odds. The player will be notified in either case.

7.4 Live Betting

Live bets are subject to broadcast and odds update delays. 1ccc is not responsible for bets placed based on delayed broadcast information. Live bets may be suspended or refused during critical moments of the game, such as corner kicks, penalties, or dangerous free kicks.

8. Casino & Games

The casino games available at 1ccc — including live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games such as Aviator, slots, and game shows — are provided by licensed, externally audited third-party suppliers. Published RTPs (Return to Player) are theoretical values based on millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual returns in any specific session.

The 1ccc live casino features real dealers in professional studios. Live table results are determined by physical events — cards, roulette wheels, dice — captured in real time. Digital table games use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories such as eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and GLI.

1ccc does not manipulate game results. Any suspicion of irregularity should be reported to support with supporting evidence for review.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1ccc platform:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF or on behalf of third parties;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any software that simulates human behavior;
• Money laundering or any activity that uses the platform to move funds of illicit origin;
• Bonus abuse, including placing bets on opposite outcomes across different accounts to guarantee rollover completion;
• Use of insider information for sports betting;
• Attempts to hack, compromise, or overload 1ccc systems;
• Sharing login credentials with third parties;
• Bets placed on events whose outcome is already known at the time of confirmation.

If any of these behaviors are identified, the account will be closed immediately, all balances and bonuses will be cancelled, and, where applicable, the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities.

10. Responsible Gambling

1ccc believes that online entertainment should be enjoyed responsibly. Sports Betting and casino games are forms of leisure — not income-generating strategies. The platform provides the following self-control tools, accessible directly from your user profile:

• Deposit limit daily, weekly, and monthly — set by the player, takes effect immediately, and can only be increased after 7 days;
• Session time limit with configurable alerts;
• Temporary self-exclusion from 24 hours up to 12 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion — irreversible once confirmed.

12. Account Closure

12.1 Account Closure by User

You may request account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing suporte@1ccc.click. Prior to closure, withdrawals of available real balance will be processed normally. Unused bonus balances are cancelled without refund.

12.2 Closure by 1ccc

1ccc may close or suspend an account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Providing false information during registration;
• Abusive behavior identified by the security team;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• Self-exclusion request by the account holder.

In the event of closure due to a Terms violation, 1ccc reserves the right to cancel balances and winnings obtained as a result of the irregular conduct, subject to individual case review.

13. Limitation of Liability

1ccc employs all reasonable technical measures to ensure continuous platform availability. However, we are not liable for:

• Outages caused by scheduled maintenance or third-party failures;
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions;
• Connectivity issues or device compatibility problems on the user's end;
• Third-party content accessible through links on the platform;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

1ccc's total liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Changes to the Terms

1ccc may modify these Terms at any time. Relevant changes will be communicated via:

• Email to the address registered on the account;
• A prominent notice on the platform's home page;
• Notification in the logged-in user dashboard.

The most recent version of the Terms is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account as described in Section 12.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018). Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the court of the user's place of domicile, in accordance with Brazilian consumer protection legislation.
